Congratulations on your new puppy or kitten!

Puppy Plan

Kitten Plan

Puppies between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 months old are eligible.  We will schedule you every 3 weeks until the plan is complete (2-4 visits).


Included in our puppy plan:


  • Examination by the doctor from nose to tail on the first visit and the last visit (for rabies vaccine).
  • DHPP/DHLPP vaccine - the number of vaccines given is age dependent.
  • Bordetella/Kennel Cough vaccine - only one vaccine is needed and may not be given by us if the puppy was vaccinated for their health certificate.
  • Rabies - only one vaccine is needed and may not be given if the puppy was vaccinated for their health certificate.
  • Canine Influenza - this vaccine is not included in the puppy plan but can be added at an additional cost. 
  • Intestinal parasite screen - a fecal is performed at every visit.
  • Deworming - dewormer that treats/prevents against hook and round worms will be given to your puppy at every visit.  If your puppy has tapeworms or whipworms there will be an additional cost for the specific dewormer needed.
  • Microchip - implanted at any time during the plan duration.
  • Heartworm/flea prevention - first dose is included in the puppy plan.  Doses will then need to be purchased monthly until the puppy reaches adult weight. 
  • Nail trims - complimentary during the duration of the puppy plan.


**Puppy plan is complete once all puppy vaccines are given which is typically 2-4 visits**

Kitten Plan

Kittens between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 months old are eligible.  We will schedule you every 3 weeks until the plan is complete (2-4 visits).


Included in our kitten plan:


  • Examination by the doctor from nose to tail on the first visit and the last visit (for rabies vaccine).
  • Feline leukemia/aids test - performed at the appropriate age prior to vaccines being given.
  • FVRCP vaccine - the number of vaccines given is age dependent.
  • Feline Leukemia - only two vaccines are needed.
  • Rabies - only one vaccine is needed and may not be given if the kitten was vaccinated for their health certificate.
  • Intestinal parasite screen - a fecal is performed at every visit.
  • Deworming - dewormer that treats/prevents against hook and round worms will be given to your kitten at every visit.  If your kitten has tapeworms or whipworms there will be an additional cost for the specific dewormer needed.

If your puppy or kitten is on our plan you are able to take advantage of our discounted spay and neuter pricing!  There are limitations on age and weight so ask us when to schedule today!
