Rabies Tag Registration

Polk County requires that all dogs and cats have a rabies tag. 

Pricing is as follows:

1 year rabies vaccine given:

Spayed/Neutered - $10.00

Non-Spayed/Neutered - $25.00

3 year rabies vaccine given:

Spayed/Neutered - $15.00

Non-Spayed/Neutered - $60.00
